B+ Mary Felzkowski (R - WI) DECRIMINALIZE MEDICAL USE

Felzkowski deserves and A-.  She is fighting an uphill battle in the worse committee assignments ever for medical marijuana legislation.  She has sponsored a bill this session to create a program and understands a great deal about the topic of marijuana reform.  Her willingness to learn more and all the extra credit she is doing helps secure her A- Rating.
