Jacky Rosen (D) LEGALIZE, TAX, AND REGULATE DECRIMINALIZE MEDICAL USE

Senator Jacky Rosen is a champion for legalizing marijuana on both a medical and recreational level. She is outspoken in her position, and has fought diligently to get qualified patients the medicine they need, and responsible adults safe, regulated marijuana.

Mark Amodei (R) MEDICAL USE

While not personally in favor of legal, recreational marijuana, Amodei has not stood in the way of legislation like the SAFE Banking Act of 2019, and has been a proponent for giving marijuana businesses banking access. He supports regulating the industry the safe way as alcohol, and would like to see reform happen to increase the level of transparency in the industry. Amodei was an advocate for medical marijuana in 2016.

Representative Horsford is highly supportive of the recent marijuana reform in his home state of Nevada. He has gone on the record as a proponent for numerous ancillary pieces of legislation advancing the cause of creating sensible marijuana laws. Recently, he has co-sponsored the MORE Act and the SAFE Banking Act of 2019.

While not personally a supporter of recreational marijuana being legalized in her state, Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto set aside her personal beliefs and voted in favor of her constituent's requests. She has made statements in support of her state's right to choose, and co-sponsored the SAFE Banking Act of 2019, along with other related pieces of legislation.

Representative Dina Titus has been an outspoken advocate for marijuana legalization. She has sponsored and voted in favor of numerous bills, and has spoken in front of committees touting the need for sensible legislation to be passed. She has even been present at events held at dispensaries in her state, and was one of the first customers at Planet 13 dispensary in Nevada.
